The pink version of the reserve dedicated to the company founder Girolamo Bosio. It presents a very fine and persistent perlage and an elegant and rich bouquet typical of soft fruits. The taste is fresh and complex.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: The best pinot nero grapes are subjected to a cold maceration about 48 hours in contact with the skins; than follow a soft pressing in order to obtain the separation of the flower must only, that ferments into stainless tanks with a temperature of 15°C. In these tanks the bases of the sparkling wine obtained mature for 6-7 months.
AGING ON YEASTS: At least 60 months.
FOOD MATCHING: Suited to all courses with dressy dishes.
